To open an account with 999d, you must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Bangladesh. During registration, you are required to provide your real name, date of birth, address, and mobile number accurately. If this information does not match during KYC verification, your withdrawal may be put on hold or your account may be cancelled.

One account per person

No individual may hold more than one 999d account. Multiple people at the same address may each have an account, but every account must have its own unique payment method and identity documents.

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will result in all accounts being closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

Account Security

Keep your 999d password and login details private. 999d will never ask for your password by phone or email. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us via live chat immediately.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier), which must be met before you can make a withdrawal
• Bonuses have an expiry date — they will be automatically removed once the deadline passes
• You generally cannot have two bonuses active at the same time
• A minimum odds of 1.5 is required for bets to count toward Sports Betting wagering
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited

Welcome bonus terms & conditions

The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only. Anyone attempting to claim it multiple times by opening more than one account will have all accounts closed. The maximum bonus is ৳ 10,000 with a 15x wagering requirement (applied to the bonus amount only).

There are a few general rules at 999d that apply to all members when placing bets.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the "Cash Out" feature may be used if available

• Any betting pattern suspected of match fixing or manipulation will result in the relevant bets being voided
• Markets in live betting may occasionally be suspended temporarily — this is normal and done to update the odds

Accumulator (multi-bet) rules

You can add up to 15 selections to an accumulator. If multiple selections from the same match appear to be correlated, 999d may count them as a single bet.

999d believes betting should be a source of enjoyment — not financial stress or emotional hardship. That's why we actively provide responsible gaming tools for all our members.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limits: You can set a limit to automatically stop betting once you've lost a specified amount
• Session Limits: You can set a time limit on your sessions in advance
• Cooling-Off: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period (from 7 days up to 6 months)
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a long-term account closure

The 999d team monitors account activity on a regular basis. If any unusual or concerning patterns are detected, we will reach out and take steps to secure the account if necessary.

999d reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers
• Payment fraud or misuse of the chargeback process
• Evidence of betting manipulation or market manipulation
• Registering under a minor's identity
• Abusive behavior toward the support team

You can request to close your account at any time via live chat. Before the closure is processed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance.
